The Vallée de l’Hérault Community of Municipalities, in the Hérault department, steers the economic development of its territory. It wants to give a second life to an industrial brownfield by turning it into a business incubator, a place to host and support the area’s founders and young companies.

What we did

• Study of the strategy for converting the brownfield into a business incubator
• Collaboration with the programming consultancy Vitam and HProjects to align the strategy with the functional redevelopment of the site before works
• Validation of the incubator’s future operating model
• Set-up of the support contracts for incubated companies
• Definition and implementation of the incubator’s financial model
